Inclement Weather Policy
Winter weather in this region of North Carolina is historically unpredictable and difficult to forecast. The safety of our staff and patients is priority when making a decision on whether or not we will close or delay opening.
Please remember that we make that decision based on the best information we have at the time and will notify you as soon as possible if your appointment is affected by predicted or actual inclement weather.
We base our decision on the following criteria:

The safety and well-being of our staff who travel in from different areas. If staff members are unable to drive to work or feel unsafe doing so, we will reschedule patients accordingly.

The safety and well-being of our patients. If the majority of patients on a single day are unable to or feel unsafe driving to our office, we will reschedule the business day accordingly.
