Broken Denture or Partial

broken dentureIf you have a broken denture or partial, you will need to bring it to our office for us to evaluate and decide on the best way to repair it. Please place it in a plastic bag or denture case and keep it in a safe place until your appointment.

We offer twp-day lab repair service on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, depending on the severity of the damage.

  • For two-day repair service, you will need to have an appointment in our office between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and be able to go without  your denture or partial for at least two days. We may need to take a new impression of your upper or lower arch for the repair.
  • Our lab will make the required repair and return it to us in the next afternoon.
  • We will schedule you between 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. the next day to deliver your repaired denture or partial.

For dentures or partials that require more time, we will schedule your return date based on when our lab can complete the repair.

If your denture or partial is damaged beyond repair, we will discuss replacement options with you.

What NOT to Do!

Please do not under any circumstances try to use superglue or any other type of glue to repair your denture or partial yourself. Doing so could cause more damage or even make it unusable. Furthermore, you could seriously damage your mouth or gums!
